Having visited New Delhi, India for Rhinoplasty and Jaw sliding procedures, I can confidently claim that i have received better health care than i would have got in my own country. The nursing staff at the hospital in India was the best i have ever experienced, the inpatient care they showed to me was incredible.
The cosmetic plastic surgeon understood my problems and carefully explained what he would do during my procedures, leaving me feeling confident and without stress before the procedure. Again the staff during the operation was the kindest ever making me feel I was in the best possible hands regarding this procedure, I went under the anesthetic with no worries.
The aftercare and my stay in hospital was wonderful, I was visited regularly by the doctors and nursing care staff. The hospital food and the hygiene standards in the hospital were better than in UK. I would recommend Life Smile in India for any one considering the cosmetic surgery overseas. The health care standards in India are high and the cost is greatly reduced.
Following my full recovery I can say that I am very happy with the cosmetic plastic surgery results. The cosmetic plastic surgeon in India is an artist, as well as an excellent surgeon. I thoroughly recommend him for Rhinoplasty and jaw surgery. I am overjoyed with the final results of my cosmetic plastic surgery procedures in India. Top |

Life Smile Health care travel agency facilitated a Abdomen Liposuction procedure for me with one of their on panel USA Board certified Lady cosmetic plastic surgeon doctor (Diplomate American board of Plastic surgery and Diplomate American board of surgery) in New Delhi India, as well as arranged for medical vacation travel and recuperation holiday tours in Agra, Khajuraho, Varanasi India and Katmandu in Nepal. Life Smile medical tourism company staff helped me along every step of the medical health travel abroad in India. Life Smile medical tours patient care guide took me on personal tours of many places around New Delhi and arranged for all of my patient transportation, patient accommodations, and tours through out my medical health trip to India. The medical care facility and USA board certified doctor in New Delhi, India were exceptional. Being an EMT / Pre Med student in the US I have a lot of experience with hospitals, patient care services and a good general knowledge of medicine, and the health care facilities in India are more than adequate. In addition the medical and nursing care staff in Indian hospitals treats you like you are their friend. The patient food in the hospital was great and the stay in nurse treated me just as well as my Mom would have. I will definitely be returning to India at some point in the future, and I hope Life Smile will be able to assist me again!

I was a client of Life Smile Health vacations agency for a medical health care trip to Delhi, India for medical tourism with my family, my husband- Hans, and two children, Konrad and Stasia. Life Smile was in touch with us by e-mail continually prior to our overseas medical health care trip to India for surgery treatments. The primary purpose of our trip was for a Thyroidectomy surgery for me. We subsequently added on medical procedures such as colonoscopy, physicals and x-rays for my husband, physical for my son and TSH test for my daughter. Life Smile took care of all the medical health travel arrangements and management and gave us updated medical health tour information and surgery treatment cost estimates.
Upon arrival in India, we were taken care of from the time that we stepped off of the airplane. We had a very nice, 2-star patient care hotel in Delhi and became very familiar with the hotel staff during our stay.
I had my surgery at JCI (JCAHO- USA) accredited Hospital at New Delhi, India, it was a pleasant experience. Life Smile made sure that I was put through to the right places at the hospital, to see the right people, at the right medical appointments time. The surgery doctors who took care of me were professional, considerate and proud of their work. The patient nursing care staff was very kind and we became very friendly even though I was only in the hospital for an overnight stay. The hospital administration staff was very helpful and when I returned for a follow-up visit and was not sure where to go, they assigned a young man to take me and my daughter to the right place and waited until we were finished up with surgeon appointments.
We had a wonderful driver called Harvinder on our private car from Life Smile, he was gracious in waiting for us and we were amazed at his driving ability in the mad, hectic rush hour traffic in Delhi! He spent a half day showing us around the other parts of Delhi making sure that we saw what we had missed due to our health visits. The tour guides arranged by Life Smile during our sightseeing in Agra and Jaipur were excellent, very knowledgeable and understanding of my son being ill. The train trip to Agra was long and the plane trip back was delayed but much quicker considering our limited total trip time in India. The tours of Indian handicraft businesses were very interesting. We saw how carpets were made, the marble inlaying process and block printing. Unfortunately, we were not interested in buying many of the wares. We felt uncomfortable with the sales process. Our driver explained that "Americans are expected to be generous" and I felt that the people were disappointed that we did not give large tips and buy many things.
On the whole, the Life Smile Medical surgery tour experience was a good one and Life Smile was an outstanding facilitator of all things that were planned and those that came up unexpectedly, including my husband's stay for an additional time in India for unplanned surgery and the expenses related to it.
